SAFETYWORD AT THE SCOTCHMAN

On Saturday the better looking half of OLO Worms went to see (our good friends) Safetyword's acoustic unplugged 'Gentleword' set at the Scotchman and his pack.

ASHTON COURT FESTIVAL (Part II)

More pics from last weekend's Ashton Court Festival in this Bristol. It was supa dupa! You & The Atom Bomb and SJ Esau were great as always. Will there be another ACF? probably not. Will we get pissed in a field again? for sure!

Sunday was called off due to Justin Lee Collins. That didn't stop a whole load of bands playing at various venues around town. Turned out to be a wicked night! Team Brick & Safetyword (below) shook the city!!

NEW FRIENDS

DELI TOE GOES TO COURT

On Saturday OLO Worms and Jimtendo headed off to Ashton court festival. As luck would have it, I had developed a hideous and painful infection on my toe. When I told the others I had a sceptic toe it soon got renamed mystic meg because it sounded 'a bit similar'.

Here is the Toe in all its glory........

This is us on our way to the production office to harrass Jenny into giving us backstage wristbands. 'Give us wristbands!' we said, and she delivered like a true lady.

Once that was sorted we went to see You & The Atom Bomb. By this time I was very dosed up and had had 4 ciders ontop............ I got a bit excited and all thoughts of toe were put aside while we bobbed along to Brians epic guitar riffs.

After the great Atom Bomb set, we went to see Robin Allender in the acoustic tent. After a sit down and the return of the throbbing oozing toe I started to feel a bit crap.

After some wedges with cheese sauce, the pills, cider and heat caused me to feel very dizzy and confused so I limped home (getting picked up in Bedmo) and stuck my foot straight in a bucket of hot salty water.

HOW TO MAKE AN OLO POSTER

OLO RADIO - BB19 - (i) - 13/7/07

I've spent the last 3 months lost in a field somewhere between north and south on Kaabooboo's map. I'm back now! covered in mud and grime. These were the toons Kaabooboo insisted on singing all night as we played eye spy under the stars (sorry he does have a flithy mouth).

DEAD EARTH

Inspired by Live Earth, Delifinger & Lionheart wrote this short song on the new £20 piano that we had bought earlier in the day. After hearing it played down his mobile phone Al Gore decided to cut Madonna's set short and play it over the speaker system to the wild Wembley crowd. We left the landing light on all night in celebration.

EARTH SONG

We recorded a special performance of Michael Jackson's classic 'Earth Song' to highlight the global warming thingy. OLO say "Save the world, turn off the internet"
